uzor is a passionate innovator and sustainability advocate with a background in Petroleum Engineering and a growing footprint in Nigeria’s waste management and recycling industry.
With a strong technical foundation and real-world awareness of the environmental challenges facing local communities, he founded Just Plastics to give plastic waste a second chance—by transforming it into useful raw materials for industry, while preserving the planet for future generations.
He combines strategic thinking, grassroots engagement, and hands-on leadership to ensure that Just Plastics delivers both economic value and environmental impact. As a committed downstream operator, he focuses on density-based plastic sorting, industrial grinding, and building local partnerships that drive circular solutions across Nigeria.
Outside of recycling, he’s deeply involved in community-building, digital innovation, and knowledge sharing—always seeking ways to use technology and education to create long-term change.
